The most requested Mithras Candle color ever - this Purple is an absolute Dream. The hue of this beeswax is a rich and sparkling amethyst when molten, violet in shadow and hints of lavender in direct light. The color is achieved from a mix of vegetable oil based-pigments and naturally-filtered ivory wax from New York state. When molten, it has fragrant alpine notes (think crisp mountain air and flowers) in addition to the honeyed scent.

These pillars are poured from metal molds and then finished by hand. They provide the same quality of light as our flagship hand-dripped series but with a smooth exterior for those who desire a simpler look.
